I have spent the better part of this year participating in Coach Training program that focused on core wisdom and life’s fundamentals. Along the way, I trained differently at the gym in preparation for this Spartan Race (think obstacle course – mud pits, climbing over, under and through things, and lots of burpees). The obstacles in the Spartan race symbolize our commitment to finding a way over, under or through any challenge we face in life. I thought I was reasonably fit for a person my age; this event showed me that I’ve still got a long way to go!! However, in training differently, I have leaned up, lost a few kgs and got a whole lot fitter and stronger! And prompted by my active participation in this course, I’ve also improved my sleep, do a daily journal, and now consistently meditate in the mornings! (rather than whenever I can fit it in).
I have distilled the best of what I extracted (best for me) into my Top 10 Big Ideas (+ 1 bonus idea). Here’s the overview of my Top 10 Big Ideas (+ 1 bonus idea). Watch the video to find out what resonated with me. Which of these big ideas resonates with you? Share what resonates with you by writing a comment – I’d love it if you would 🙂
